My Steps to a Health Lifestyle
Keep a Healthy lifestyle journal
This will be a way for me write down the food I am eating. I will also write down how much water and what exercise I accomplished for the day, even if I go for a walk. Within this journal will be how I felt each day while going through this journey.
Start a Healthy Lifestyle Group
This means that I will find friends who are wanting to try to do the same thing. And try to keep each other accountable. when you have people to support you it makes it easier to do the goal. It is also easier when you have positive people to support your goal
This step is to make sure one doesn’t work to fast or try to loose weight too fast, that can be unhealthy. Having small goals and longterm goals while on the journey is important.
Eat more fruits and Vegetables
One of the goals/steps on this road is to eat more healthier foods like fruits and vegetables. This is sometimes hard for me because of how picky of an eater I am. But the important thing is that I can at least eat the fruits and vegetables that I do find tasty.
Making A Workout Schedule
Becoming a healthier person has always been a goal of mine. My own stubbornist has kept me from achieving that goal. I plan to achieve this goal within the next year and to finally live a healthy lifestyle. What is something holding you back from achieving a certain goal?
