Blogging Challenge Day 1: Introduction

Today I start a 31 day blogging challenge. This challenge will bring some great content for this blog. The first day of the blogging challenge is an introduction to myself. It will also contain a recent picture of myself. So here is to starting something that is fun.

Day 1: Introduction to Me

As you already know, my name is Lindsay. My middle name is Morgan and my last name is McGlamery. I am a 21 year-old college student. I am the oldest of three. My brother, Miles, is 19 and my sister, Kendall, is 15. My dad is a pastor in Huntsville, AL. Huntsville is where I live when school isn’t in session. My mom use to be an elementary teacher, but stopped to help out more at the churches my dad works at.

I go to college at Lee University, it is a private Christian university. My major is digital media with an emphasis in studio production. What you may be thinking is how did I find out what I wanted to do? I decided to major in this field because of my love for movies, music, and tv shows. I also enjoy creating visual media projects. Another factor was that I enjoyed learning about new technology, especially Apple products. One other factor that helped me figure out my major was working with media at my church.
I prefer to be living in a big city instead of in the country. Living in city leaves so much for someone to explore and do. A place that I would love to live in is Los Angeles, California. This big city intrigues me so much and it is something different than the area that I live now or have lived.

About Why I Started a Blog

I started blogging two weeks ago. So far I love blogging and it has become a new hobby of mine. My favorite subjects to write about are entertainment things. I also want to learn to write about other subjects whenever I can. Other topics I dabble in are beauty and lifestyle topics. If you have anything you would like for me to write about please leave a comment?

I used to not take social media so serious. Recently, I have learned that everyone has their own personal brand that they need to promote. So now I try to post on social media every day. My favorite place to post is Instagram. I rarely post photos of myself because sometimes I forget to ever take photos of myself at events or for fun. Follow me on Instagram (http://www.instagram.com/lindsaymorgan96) or Twitter (http://www.twitter.com/lmm_2015) and I will follow you back.
If you have any questions about me or just want to give feedback on this post comment below.
